Sika Injection-107 - Permanent waterproof crack sealing resin - Sika

Sika Injection-107 is a foaming, one-component, polyurethane-based, ready-to-use, slightly flexible injection resin for the permanent sealing of cracks , voids and gaps in concrete.

Features

• Maintains its flexibility; can absorb limited movements.
• Permanent sealing of cracks and voids containing water with a width > 0.3 mm.
• Reacts to moisture, one-component polyurethane resin - contact with water is required to activate the foaming reaction and to cure to a waterproof, permanently flexible mass.

Application areas

Sika Injection-107 is used for permanent water sealing while maintaining flexibility to absorb limited movement, in cracks and water containing construction joints of concrete, brick and stone structures natural.

Application

1. Sika Injection-107 can be applied with normal one-component resin pumps.
2. Empty the Sika Injection-107 into the hopper of the mono-component pump and start the injection process.
3. A second injection must be performed within the gelation time (~ 30 minutes) of the first injection.
4. The second injection can usually be made through the same injector.
5. After 30 minutes, it may be necessary to install a new injector.
