Applications:

Concentrated solvent-based degreaser for intensive cleaning of mineral and vegetable oils and greases, as well as gum and rubber residues on all surfaces: tiles, raw concrete, quartz concrete, epoxy or polyurethane paint, epoxy mortar, etc. Product approved for food contact.

Instructions for use:

1. Soaking and impregnating surfaces with the solution at the recommended dosage with mechanical cleaning action (floor scrubber - low and high pressure systems - spray).
2. Can also be applied in a direct pass scrubber dryer.
3. The equipment for the machine should be chosen according to the type of floor (discs or brushes).
4. Gym floors: treat with a scrubber and red discs to remove rubber residue from synthetic flexible gym floors.
5. Daily and conventional application: 1% • Spray application: 5% • One-off restoration: 5% • Removal of oil stains by impregnation: 20%.
6. When applying with high pressure systems, it is always advisable to soak or impregnate the surfaces beforehand using a sprayer and to use the high pressure as a mechanical action with water only.

1. Can PolGreen Industry be used in a food environment (food contact areas)?
   Yes - the product is approved for food contact, making it suitable for food processing environments provided that proper rinsing is followed and hygiene regulations are observed.
2. What types of surfaces can this degreaser be used on?
   It is compatible with a wide range of surfaces: tiles, concrete (raw or quartz), epoxy paint, polyurethane, stainless steel, epoxy mortars, etc. Avoid on surfaces protected by emulsion or sensitive to strong alkalis.
3. Is the product aggressive for the environment?
   No: the formula is biodegradable (compliant with EC regulation 648/2004), and the product has the Ecolabel, a guarantee of reduced environmental impact.
4. Can it be used pure?
   No, the product is designed to be diluted. High concentrations (up to 20%) are intended for difficult stains, but it should not be applied neat (unless specifically advised by a technical expert).
5. What precautions should be taken when using it at high pressure?
   Before using the high pressure cleaner, it is recommended to soak or soak the surface with the diluted solution to ensure optimal chemical action. The high pressure is then used for mechanical/rinsing action.
6. What concentration should I use?
