Applications:

It is used particularly in the food industry to remove dirt and grease from ovens, cookers, grills, plates, pans, hoods, fridges, filters, tabletops, wall coverings, chopping blocks, meat grinders, food trucks, cold rooms, display cases, fans, air ducts, chimneys, conveyors, floors, walls and partitions.

Instructions for use:

1. Always use undiluted.
2. Heat the oven to 60-80°C.
3. Turn off the oven.
4. Apply the undiluted product and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Clean with a sponge or cloth, then rinse thoroughly with water.
6. For very stubborn dirt, repeat the steps.
7. After cleaning, preheat the oven for at least 10 minutes before use.
