Professional oven cleaner Degreases cooking oil while preserving food. Can be used on metals such as stainless steel , enamel and most types of plastic. The viscous gel provides long-lasting action. Acts particularly quickly at high and low temperatures .

Applications:

Used in particular in the food industry to remove dirt and grease encrusted in ovens, cookers, grills, plates, stoves, hoods, refrigerators, filters, table tops, wall coverings , logs, meat grinders, food trucks, cold rooms, display cases, fans, air ducts, chimneys, conveyors, floors, walls and partitions.

Manual :

1. Always use pure.
2. Heat the oven to 60-80°C.
3. Turn off the oven.
4. Apply the product undiluted and leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Clean with a sponge or cloth, then rinse with plenty of water.
6. For very stubborn dirt, repeat the steps.
7. After cleaning, preheat the oven for at least 10 minutes before using.
