Bitumen paint - High performance protective liquid - IKO Pro

High performance protective liquid, based on bitumen and solvents .

Protection of supports in iron , steel , concrete , brick , fiber cement in contact with water.

Implementation :

The substrate must be in good condition, clean, free of grease and free from all loose particles.

Pre-treat iron or steel surfaces with a suitable rust-inhibiting primer; which must be perfectly dry before being treated.

Galvanized surfaces should be cleaned with a wire brush or treated with a suitable primer.

Apply IKO pro Bitumen Paint by brush or roller. A minimum of two coats is recommended. Allow each coat to dry for 4 hours before applying the next.

• Black.

Consumption :

• Metal support: 2 coats at 0.125 L/m²
• Concrete and wood: 0.25 L/m² per coat

Tool cleaning:

• White spirit.

Technical properties:

• Dry matter: ± 50%
• Density: ± 0.88 g/cm³
• Viscosity: 80-115mm²/s (Ubelhode 40°C)
