Hyper Clean - Powerful vehicle cleaner - Zep Industries

Powerful cleaner for brushless cleaning of all types of vehicles such as cars, trucks, taxis, buses, etc. Contains amines contributing to the accelerated elimination of insects/flies. Gives a splendid result.

Properties :

• Very powerful cleaner for “Brushless” cleaning of all types of vehicles such as cars, trucks, taxis, buses, etc.…
• Instantly and effectively removes static film, exhaust fumes, dirt, mud, grease and silt.
• No need for mechanical treatment.
• Contains amines which contribute to the accelerated elimination of insects/flies.
• Cleans the bodywork without scrubbing or brushing and degreases truck tarpaulins (nylon or fabric) using a high pressure cleaner.
• Gives a splendid result.
• The product is multi-purpose and can be used on unpainted aluminum, fiberglass and pre-painted truck panels.
• Does not contain phosphate or EDTA. Fully biodegradable.
• Can be diluted in soft or hard water (water softener).
• Hyper clean is very concentrated and can be diluted up to 1:200.

Applications:

Used in the transport sector, garages, municipal institutions, refrigerated trucks, caravan dealers, shipyards, etc.…

Manual :

1. Dilute in water: minimum 0.5% (for maintenance), maximum 1.5% (stubborn dirt).
2. Apply to the surface to be degreased using a sprayer (with or without foam cannon) from bottom to top and leave to act briefly.
3. Do not let the product dry.
4. Rinse with a high pressure cleaner of at least 11 l/m.
5. Adjust the pressure to 75 to 100 bar.
6. For large vehicles repeat the treatment if necessary.
7. In carwashes, dilute the product in water from 0.1% to 0.5% when it comes to company vehicles.
