GTN Premium - Concentrated protective oil for mixer - Guard Industrie

GTN Premium is a curative and preventive product more concentrated in active matter than the classic GTN (30% more).

GTN Premium protects and cleans equipment from concrete deposits. A daily application dissolves layer by layer concrete deposits that have already adhered well. Applied at the end of the day on concrete-encrusted installations, it acts at night, thus reducing deposits.

GTN Premium by its protective properties, avoids the fouling of the material by concrete, and facilitates maintenance. The product thus increases the life of the material.

GTN Premium is much less dangerous than other products on the market. It does not contain petrochemicals or heavy metals and is not classified as corrosive. It applies to all media without altering materials (metal, paints, etc.).

Use:

• Ideal for the protection and maintenance of construction equipment: mixers, moulds, etc.

Application:

• Pre-testing is essential.
• Use the product in its purest form: do not dilute or mix with other products.
• In some cases, too much excess product can cause air in the concrete. Apply the product evenly.

Healing:

• Spray the product at the end of the day. The oil should cover the concrete to be removed.
• Time for action: 12 hours minimum.
• Rinse the treated surface with a preferably high-pressure cleaner or a spray of water. Remove any oil before re-putting it back.
• Repeat until the concrete is completely gone.

Preventive:

• Spray the product daily at the end of the day to avoid the adhesion of the concrete and thus keep the mixer clean and in good condition.
• It is also possible to apply the product during the day.

Application tools:

Apply to low-pressure sprayer.

30 to 40 sqm/L.
