Akepox 5030 - Construction glue - Akemi

Mainly designed for bonding in the industry of stone, natural stones, ceramics as well as artificial stones or building materials between them or with iron, steel and aluminum in visible areas.
Its creamy and stable consistency confers chewing and vertical applications. In addition, the product is suitable for assemblies of uneven surfaces as well as for plate and railing anchors.

Characteristics:

• very low natural color,
• very low tendency to turn yellow,
• easily colorable with AKEPOX dyes or concentrates,
• very good grip on metal,
• very little withdrawal during hardening and minimal tension of the glue layer,
• particularly weather-resistant collage,
• good stability in heat: about 60-70 degrees Celsius for loaded collages and about 100-110 degrees Celsius for standard collages,
• no deformation of the glue layer
• low tendency to age,
• very good resistance to alkali and therefore recommended for bonded on concrete,
• gas-tight materials, due to the lack of solvent, due to the lack of solvent,
• collage of supporting building parts,
• good grip on slightly damp stones,
• recommended for solvent-sensitive materials, such as expanded polystyrene, ABS.
