MS76 - Pasty glue - Akemi

Pasty two-component glue for bonding natural and artificial stones together and with metal , wood and various synthetic materials.
Very good adhesion to metal.

Features :

• Good applicability on horizontal and vertical surfaces thanks to the very liquid, semi-thick liquid, creamy or thick consistency respectively
• Fast hardening (20 to 40 minutes)
• Easy dosing and mixing with the cartridge system
• Good workability (sanding, boring, milling)
• Very good adhesion to metal (iron, steel, aluminium), wood, stone and various plastics (e.g. hard PVC, GFK) also at high temperatures (up to approx. 100°C)
• Resistant to water, petrol and mineral oils

Use :

1. The bottom to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened.
2. Add 1 - 3 g of white hardener to a quantity of 100 g of glue (1 g corresponds to approx. 4 - 5 cm taken out of the tube).
3. Thoroughly mix the two components; the mixture is then ready to use for 4 - 14 minutes (at 20°C).
4. After 20 - 40 minutes the treated parts can be worked on or transported, after about 1 hour the parts can be loaded.
5. If the Special Injection Resin is used as a repair casting resin in cracks or joints in cement areas, pour the product and pull it out with a painter's knife. If necessary, widen the cracks beforehand or use clamps. If necessary, spread silica sand on the uncured product to improve the adhesion of other layers of construction chemicals.
6. Subsequent processing when renovating the area, e.g. laying of glue or leveling masses no earlier than 60 minutes later.
7. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening.
8. Work tools can be cleaned with AKEMI NitroDiluant.

For cartridges:

1. Remove the cap from the cartridge, put the cartridge in the gun, keep it pressed until the material comes out of the two openings. Then put on the mixing nozzle.
2. For use without a mixing nozzle, mix the 2 components well.
3. The mixture is then ready to use for 5 - 7 minutes (20°C).
   After approx. 20 - 40 minutes (20°C), the hardened Reinforcement Adhesive can be processed (sanding, drilling, milling), after approx. 1 hour glue can be loaded.
