Marmorkitt 1000 Thixo Stone Structure - Creamy glue - Akemi

Creamy glue , flexible with special pigments to find the structure of the stone , resistant and colourable.
For gluing and filling natural stones , recommended for vertical surfaces.

For filling large holes.
Excellent for restoration work.

Features :

• Good applicability thanks to its creamy and flexible consistency, recommended for vertical surfaces
• Good and fast drying of surfaces - rapid hardening (15-30 minutes)
• Good workability (sanding, boring, milling)
• Very good polishing ability
• Very good adhesion on natural stones, also at high temperatures (70-80°C, at low loading up to 100-110°C)
• Resistant to water, petrol and mineral oils

Use :

1. The bottom to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened.
2. The glue can be colored with AKEMI dyes for polyester up to 5%; dilution is possible in any proportion with Marmorkitt Transparent extra liquid.
3. Add 1-4 g of white hardener to a quantity of 100 g of glue (1 g corresponds to approximately 4-5 cm taken out of the tube).
4. Thoroughly mix the two components; the mixture is then ready to use for 3 – 10 minutes (at 20°C).
5. After 10-20 minutes the treated parts can be processed (eg sanded, milled, drilled) or transported.
6. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening.
7. Work devices can be cleaned with AKEMI Nitro-Thinner.
