Ready-to-use chemical sealant that is easy to use thanks to the unique color code of the resin which changes from blue to gray after hardening.

Properties :

• Versatile : Can be used in solid and hollow objects, hard and brittle surfaces (plaster or cellular concrete), on dry, wet or even semi-submerged surfaces, on edges and in corners and at high and low temperatures down to -10°C.
• Effective : Allows you to obtain an extraordinarily hard and resistant putty.
• Fast setting time : The load can be applied after 20 min depending on the ambient temperature (ideally between 20°C and 30°C).
• High load possible : Suitable for anchoring heavy objects.

Applications:

Intended for sealing shutter hinges, threaded rods, sockets, etc. in all types of supports, including hollow bodies, such as hollow bricks, hollow concrete blocks, cellular concrete, etc. fixing machines, cabinets, all assemblies requiring anchor points. Attach the iron to the concrete.

Manual :

Place the cartridge in the gun, place the mixing tip and ensure the mixture is homogeneous.

In full body:

1. Drill with a drill bit larger in diameter than the threaded rod chosen for the job.
2. Fill the drilled hole with PROCOLLE TECHNI SCELL BLUE, do not use the 1st cm, then insert the threaded rod (handling time 5 to 10 min), wait at least 20 min before putting under load.

In hollow body:

1. Drill with a drill bit of diameter equal to that of the sieve which will be used to accommodate the threaded rod chosen for the work.
2. Fill the installed sieve with PROCOLLE TECHNI SCELL BLUE, do not use the 1st cm, then insert the threaded rod (handling time 5 to 10 min), wait at least 20 min before putting under load.

Caution: Ensure that between two sealings, the cartridge immobilization time does not exceed 3 minutes.
If the time is exceeded, the mixer should be changed.

Conditioning :

300 ml cartridge.
