Premium LVT - Adhesive for the application of luxury vinyl tiles - Soudal

For the application of Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) on flat and absorbent surfaces, the universal, ready-to-use, solvent-free dispersion LVT adhesive for elastic floor coverings should be used.

Characteristics:

Application:

• Glue specially designed to adhere to elastic floor coverings, such as LVT tiles, homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC tiles and vinyl floors padded in walls and floors.
• It is also suitable for rubber flooring, carpet and fiber surface tiles bonded as well as textile and linoleum carpets on flat and porous surfaces such as concrete (in the form of screed), leveling compounds and wood.

Conditioning:

• Color: beige.
• Packaging: 13 kg bucket.

Instructions for use:

• Draw the axes for the starting points and determine the desired layout.
• Take care to mix the product well before use.
• Apply the LVT Premium Adhesive Floor and Wall product with a suitable trowel on the surface (see technical specifications).
• Proceed step by step, depending on the surface you are able to work on within 10 to 20 minutes.
• After a break of 10 to 15 minutes, gently (without pressure) lay the vapour-proof flooring (vinyl, PVC, carpet with foam back) and linoleum on the still damp glue, and check for the absence of air bubbles.
• Without delay, rub, squeeze firmly or roll the flooring over the entire surface to obtain a proper glue transfer.
