Suitable for bonding engineered and solid tongue and groove parquet flooring to suitable interior subfloors.

Applications:

• MS-20 Plus is an adhesive for engineered and solid wood flooring with tongue and groove.
• Solid wood flooring with a maximum width of 150 mm and a minimum thickness of 12 mm.
• Engineered wood flooring with a maximum width of 200 mm and a minimum thickness of 14 mm.

Packaging:

• Colour: light brown.
• Packaging: 6 kg bucket, 14 kg bucket (cardboard box with 2 aluminum bags), 16 kg bucket, 18 kg bucket (3 aluminum bags in bucket).

Instructions for use:

• Apply the glue to the surface using a notched spatula, Soudal Parquet Spatula No. 11.
• Limit the treated area to what can be covered with parquet flooring within 25-30 minutes.
• Lay the parquet flooring by sliding it into the glue and tapping it with a rubber mallet or hammer.
• Ensure good contact between the adhesive and the planks (min. 80% coverage). If necessary, weigh down the parquet flooring during polymerization.
• Proceed with sanding after a minimum period of 24 hours.

1. Is MS-20PLUS adhesive compatible with underfloor heating?
   Yes, it is perfectly compatible with low temperature underfloor heating systems, thanks to its high elasticity and thermal stability.
2. Can solid wood flooring be glued with this glue?
   Yes, the MS-20PLUS is suitable for solid wood flooring, generally up to 18 cm wide. For very springy woods, a preliminary test is recommended.
3. How long should you wait before walking on it?
   Light traffic is possible after 12 to 24 hours, depending on conditions. Sanding can generally be done after 24 hours.
4. Does the glue contain solvents or water?
   No, the MS-20PLUS is solvent-free and water-free, making it ideal for moisture-sensitive woods.
5. Can it be used on existing tiles?
   Yes, provided that the tiles are securely fixed, degreased and slightly roughened to ensure good adhesion.
6. What type of spatula should I use?
   The most common spatulas are B11 or B15 for most engineered or solid wood flooring. Choose according to the thickness and width of the planks.
7. What is the average consumption?
   Between 1 and 1.3 kg/m², depending on the spatula and the condition of the substrate.
8. Should a primer be used before the glue?
   Generally not, unless the substrate is very porous, brittle, or does not meet the required mechanical strength. Soudal offers compatible primers if needed.
9. Can this glue be used outdoors?
   No, it is intended for indoor use only.
