Ciment-fort Plus - Tile adhesive - PTB Compaktuna

Ciment-fort Plus is a dry powder , to which you simply add water to obtain a ready-to-use mortar .

Features :

• After seven days of setting, the adhesion of this mortar is five to six times greater than that of a traditional mortar.
  While ensuring absolute security in terms of adhesion, CIMENT-FORT PLUS is extraordinarily easy to apply.
• Allows rapid installation with maximum performance.
• Used to bond, in exterior and interior work, materials such as earthenware, ceramics, mosaic on supports such as: concrete, masonry, cementing, cellular concrete.

Manual :

1. Only work on a healthy, clean surface, free of dust and traces of oil or grease, and which is no longer susceptible to deformation (due to shrinkage, for example).
2. CEMENT-FORT PLUS must be mixed with approximately 23% water, i.e. ± 5.75 L on 25 kg of product.
3. After careful mixing, he lets the glue thus obtained rest for 5 to 15 minutes.
4. Then we stir it again intensively.
   From this moment, the mortar is ready for use.
5. Start by applying a thin layer, using a trowel or notched spatula.
6. Press this layer firmly onto the support.
7. Apply immediately after a second coat, which is divided into regular grooves using a notched spatula (notched spatula 4 to 10 mm).
8. Then, with a small rotating movement, place the tiles and press firmly.
   The installation time on the installed layer depends on the working conditions and the condition of the support.
9. Grouting ( HY JOINT , PREMIUM HY JOINT or LARGE JOINT ) is only carried out when the glue is sufficiently resistant (wait at least 24 hours, depending on the temperature and atmospheric humidity).
