Flowjoint Flex - Flexible jointing polymer - PTB Compaktuna

Flowjoint Flex is a ready-to-use liquid polymer that reacts with moisture in the air to form an elastic polymer.

Features :

• Self-leveling for filling joints.
• Adheres very well to almost all surfaces.
• After ± 45 minutes, a film forms on the surface, and the sticky appearance disappears.
  The polymer obtains these final properties.
• Hardening occurs at a rate of 1 to 2 mm thickness per day.
  After complete hardening, the joint obtains these final technical characteristics.
• For the interior and exterior application of horizontal joints of at least 1 cm thickness between paving stones, bluestones, natural stones, ceramics, and connection joints with buildings, etc.

Manual :

1. Open the cap and pour the product into the joint to be filled.
   It should be taken into account that FLOWJOINT FLEX sticks very strongly to almost all materials.
   If necessary, protect the tiles with protective tape.
2. Once the package is opened, the contents should be used within 15 minutes.
   There should be no water in the joints, but they may be damp.
3. When grouting surfaces with FLOWJOINT and FLOWJOINT FLEX, it is recommended to first fill the joints with FLOWJOINT.
   Where expansion joints are required, the joint is cut before it hardens completely (after 3 to 6 hours).
4. FLOWJOINT FLEX can be applied directly after cutting and cleaning the joint.
5. After applying FLOWJOINT FLEX, do not walk on it for the first 24 hours.
6. Passable after 24 hours, and car traffic is possible after 3 days.
   Heavy traffic can be admitted after the joints have completely hardened.
