Harder Mekp with pipette - Hardener for polyester - Vosschemie Soloplast

Harder Mekp is a highly flammable methyl ethyl ketone peroxide based liquid hardener for use with polyester and vinyl ester resins.
Should never be used in direct combination with cobalt (accelerator) to avoid an explosive reaction.

Applications:

• Ideally suited as a hardener for GTS casting resin, as this hardener is more UV-stable and therefore hardly or hardly yellows.
• Also suitable for gel and top coat in contact with water.
• Without the addition of this hardener, the polyester will not react and harden.

Treatment :

1. Always mix the resin before adding the hardener.
2. Then add 1-3% hardener.
3. Try to avoid air bubbles while mixing.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone.)

Conditioning :

• 20g, 100g.
