SCRAPESTAR is the doormat, with a scraping action , ideal for beautifying your commercial spaces , displaying your advertising with your brand, logo, slogan, etc. and increase your visibility .

• The surface cleats not only remove dirt from the soles of your shoes thanks to its scraping action but are also non-slip.

• Your logo is digitally printed onto a thermoplastic material which is then molded directly into the durable nitrile rubber surface of the mat.

PRESENTATION

SCRAPESTAR is a durable nitrile rubber doormat in which a thermoplastic material is molded where your logo, brand, design, slogan, message, illustration, etc. is digitally printed.

It is intended to be placed in commercial and industrial spaces such as your business, your store, at exhibitions or any other place where you want to be seen and noticed.

For example: exterior entrances, slopes, production areas, changing rooms, etc.

The advantage of this doormat compared to the PROMOSTAR are its cleats with their scraping action to remove dirt and debris from the soles of the shoes.

Its 100% Nitrile EXS surface is resistant to chemicals, greases and oils.

THICKNESS AND SOLE

• ± 5 mm thick mat made from durable nitrile rubber.

INSTRUCTION WHEN SENDING YOUR IMAGE-PHOTO-LOGO

NOTE: All projects are checked before studies and production of a “PROOF” proof.

Only YOUR VALIDATION of the “PROOF” triggers the production of your carpet, then preparation for shipment. Please note, no corrections can be made after validation and production of the BAT.

Instructions for obtaining the BAT after ordering:

1. You must take into account the dimensions ordered and the proportions of your sketch.
2. Your image should, if possible, be provided with the exact dimensions of the project (and in good definition)
3. You send us by email an image/photo of your project in JPG format (this is classic), PDF, PNG, PSD, TIFF, PNG or AI
4. The image is uploaded by our computer graphics department and checked.
5. The image is resized following your ordered exterior dimensions. It is reduced, where applicable, by the thickness of the frame or the rubber edge
6. The colors of your image are recalculated and/or mixed to fit into the palette of 66 basic colors
7. A BAT test is sent to you by email and/or to your customer account
8. You can request corrections or adaptations*
9. You validate, unequivocally, the proof by email.
10. We confirm and launch the production of your personalized and tailor-made carpet.

Attention :

• Take into account a margin of +- 3 cm on the edges of the image in order to manage tolerances
• Item color and print color may vary from the image shown on screen or on paper.
• You can send us the Pantone/RGB references of your logo to respect the marking colors. Without indication we will use standard colors. Technical deviations from Pantone/RGB colors must be tolerated.
• The BAT proof is sent in 100% real size, unless the dimensions and/or a different percentage are indicated (for example 25%: the final result is therefore 4 times larger).
• Please check the proof carefully. After your approval from the proof, we are no longer responsible for errors in the text and/or logo and/or image.

* In order to avoid abuse, corrections to the BAT are possible within the limit of 3 studies. However, for the less experienced, participation in infographic services could be considered to obtain the desired project.

CLEANING INSTRUCTION

SCRAPESTAR rugs can be cleaned in different ways.

• Scrub with a deck brush (if necessary) using a neutral pH detergent.
• Rinse with a hose or pressure washer.
• Lay flat or hang to dry.

LAUNDRY WASHING INSTRUCTION

• Rinse 2-3 minutes, medium water level, cold.
• Pause 5-10 minutes, high water level, 49°C.
• Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold.
• Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold.
• Drain 2 minutes.

Lay the rugs flat after removing them from the washer. If you dry the rugs in the dryer, let them cool before rolling them.
