LEVELTEC TILE LAYING SYSTEM

Leveltec is a revolutionary patented installation system compared to others available on the market.

It is the first leveling system that does not require any tools either for installation or disassembly.

An automatic screw system that works with a single click. The product does not need adhesives to be used.

The system consists of a reusable pull and a series of graders (linear, cross or half cross) that allow the realization of 2, 3 or 5 mm joints (in accordance with UNI 11493) or 1 mm seals.

The pull is compatible with all levelers which must be chosen according to the typology of tiles and installation to be done.

The installation of large format slabs is facilitated by the stress of tightening on the corners in order to avoid a deformation of the installation of the slabs during drying. Tiles tend not to calibrate perfectly, especially large tiles. Using the Leveltec installation system allows an optimal alignment of the surface of your floor by compensating for non-flatness and successive removals of the glue.

The automatic pull screws to the right spacing part for your tiles. Once screwed, compress it to automatically adjust the level with a single click. The pull is reusable and comes off very easily. No need for tools to ensure perfect leveling of your tiled floor

SELF-LEVELING FUNCTION OF THE BRACE DURING TILE LAYING

The use of Leveltec makes it possible to perfectly align the upper surface of the floor or coating by compensating for the non-flatness and the successive removals of the glue.

• No action on the tiles, but only correct vertical pressure.
• It is recommended for tiles from 3.5 to 20 mm (LEV/17, LEV/20, LEV/30, LEV/50 for the entire range) or from 3.5 to 12.5 (LEV/10 for the entire range)
• Leveller for joints of 2, 3, 5, mm (UNI 11493) or 1 mm.
• A system that can be used with standard braces to be placed at the corners to obtain wider joints. The leveler lands on either side of the angles
• Reduced size of the base of the leveler so as not to interfere with the thickness of the glue.

Tiles, especially large formats, may result not perfectly calibrated during laying. During the drying of the glue, one may have shrinkages and sagging that are not obvious in the installation. The use of Leveltec makes it possible to perfectly align the upper surface of the floor or coating by compensating for the non-flatness and the successive removals of the glue. 

TECHNIQUE FOR LAYING BRACES AND CLAMPING DIALS

- Lay the leveling base on the floor or under the coating to be tiled.
The small thickness and small size of the leveling base allows easy insertion without glue accumulation and determines a joint of 2. 3. 5 mm (according to UNI11493) or 1 mm.

- Insert it vertically until it touches the tile without screwing it in.
With a single click you automatically fix the threaded rod saving the installation time.

- Level the tiles with a small rotation of the pull.
This allows you to achieve perfect alignment of the surface.

- Remove the clamping dial when the glue dries. (ATTENTION)
Knock with the foot or mallet on the pull in the direction of the joint. The blow breaks the threaded rod at the base, without leaving any residue.

- Recover the threaded rod with slight pressure without the need to unscrew.
The pull can be reused for other applications.
