Function:

The cover tile can be installed both inside and outside. For example in houses, garages, gardens, etc.
It is filled with mortar or concrete and is adapted to the adjacent floor covering.
The 2 keys to remove the chassis cover are supplied with all.

BALL: Aluminum little waterproof

The ball cover consists of a chassis and a cover in aluminium profile.

• Height of wall: 50 mm.
• Internal height: 39 mm.
• Profile width: 30 mm
• 1 single neoprene gasket. Some water-resistant.

BMS: Brass little waterproof

The BMS cover consists of a profile of brass frame and with a background in aluminum.

• Height of wall: 50 mm.
• Internal height: 39 mm.
• Profile width: 30 mm
• 1 single neoprene gasket. Some water-resistant.

BAR: Aluminum sealed with water and smells

The BAR cover consists of a chassis and a cover in aluminium profile.

• Height of wall: 50 mm.
• Internal height: 40 mm.

• Neoprene to cone-shaped sealing band. reinforced sealing.

Certificate of classification of resistance according to NBN EN 12§8 on request.

Instruction placement and usage for chassis and cover tile: 

PLACEMENT :

1. The chassis to tile must be placed in the closed position c-d the cover must be fitted into the framework.
   IN NO CASE THE FRAMEWORK CAN BE EMBEDDED WITHOUT THE NESTING OF THE COVER.
2. The chassis to tile must be placed at the exact level on a bed of mortar, which implies that the surface of the tile must be at the same level as the top surface of the chassis to tile. The framework should not exceed the future level of the ground.
3. During filling of the cover with concrete or screed, it must take into account the thickness of the floor finishing material (tile, tile, terazzo, pvc, carpet, parquet, etc.).
   Note: The strength of the frame depends on the quality of the filling material!
4. In case of installation of the cover in asphalt or magnesium-based product, it must take into account the expansion of these materials.
5. After having grouted (during the cleaning of the surface of tile), the cover must be dislocated from the framework to remove any remains of seal, and to control if the seal is always well positioned.
6. Again insert the cover in the frame and screw the whole.

OPEN AND CLOSE:

1. If necessary, remove caps plastic with a screwdriver.
2. Unscrew the bolts using the supplied key. (available for purchase as an accessory)
3. Screw the handles provided as deep as possible and lift the cover.

Note: It is recommended to open each chassis to tile once a year and to grease the inside of the frame with bolts.
