Function :

• The paving cover is generally installed outside. For example in accesses, parking, passage, etc.
• It is filled with mortar or concrete and is matched to the adjacent floor covering.
• The 4 keys to remove the chassis cover are delivered with the set.
• The lid is durable, simple to place and easy to open.
• In each package, you will find instructions for use in 2 languages as well as the appropriate keys.

RBK-AL: Aluminum height 100 MM

The RBK-AL cover consists of a frame and a cover made of aluminum profile.

• Installation height: 100 mm.
• Internal height: 80 mm.
• Profile width: 30 mm
• 1 neoprene gasket

RBK-VS: Galvanized steel height 120 MM

The RBK-VS cover consists of a frame and a cover made of 3mm thick galvanized steel profile.

• Installation height: 120 mm.
• Internal height: 110 mm.
• Profile width: 50 mm
• 1 neoprene gasket

Instructions for placement and use for frame and cover to be paved:

PLACEMENT :

1. The frames to be paved must be installed in the closed position, i.e. the cover must be fitted into the frame.
   UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE FRAME BE RECESSED WITHOUT THE COVER FITTING.
2. The frame to be paved must be laid exactly level on a bed of mortar, which means that the surface of the final covering must be level with the top surface of the frame to be paved. The frame should not exceed the future floor level.
3. During the operation of filling the cover with concrete or screed, the thickness of the floor finishing material (pavers, self-locking slabs, etc.) must be taken into account.
   Note: The strength of the frame depends on the quality of the filling material!
4. If the cover is installed in asphalt or a magnesium-based product, the expansion of these materials must be taken into account.
5. After grouting (while cleaning the tiling surface), the cover must be removed from the frame to allow any remaining grout to be removed, and to check whether the waterproof seal is still correctly positioned.
6. Insert the cover back into the frame and screw it all together.

OPEN AND CLOSE:

1. If necessary, unscrew the bolts using the wrench provided. (available for purchase as an accessory)
2. Screw in the provided handles as deep as possible and lift the lid.

NOTE: It is recommended to open each paving frame once a year and grease the inside of the frame and bolts.
