PIERRE & SOL is organizing a free contest and/or a contest with a purchase requirement, open to all adults residing in the European Union, from December 1, 2024 to December 15, 2025. This contest is accessible via our website and is not affiliated with third-party platforms such as Facebook or Amazon. Several participation methods are possible: free registration via our newsletter, contest entries, or purchases on our website, each option awarding entry "TICKETS".
Prizes will be awarded in two draws, in June and December 2025, under the supervision of a bailiff. Participants can win prizes with a total value of over €50,000, including two Dacia Spring electric cars, electric bicycles, gift vouchers, and wine. Verified winners will be announced live on Pierre & Sol's social media channels and will need to verify their eligibility to confirm their prize.

2.1 The competition is open to any natural person of legal age or any legal person residing in the European Community, whether or not they are a customer of PIERRE & SOL.

2.2 Excluded from participation in these Games and from receiving any prize, whether directly or indirectly, are all Company and Partner staff, including their families and spouses (marriage, civil partnership or cohabitation recognized or not), as well as persons recognized as minors.
2.3 Any person providing incorrect or incomplete information about their identity or contact details will be disqualified. The same applies to persons refusing to have their personal information, necessary for the administration of the competition, collected and used.

Only one prize will be awarded per verified winner (same name, same address).
Prizes are awarded in descending order, from the 50th prize to the first prize.
For the first draw, winners will be selected by random live draw on PIERRE & SOL's social media channels from the list of verified and previously established order numbers, registrations, or entries, from the first order (order 105,532) placed after December 19, 2024 at 12:00 AM to the last order placed before June 15, 2025 at 12:00 PM, provided there are at least 7,500 validated orders (excluding marketplace orders) during the defined period. Then each order/customer/prospect selected during the initial screening will be re-checked to verify:

It will be the responsibility of the winners to check the result of the competition and to claim, if necessary, the awarding of their prize from the bailiff acting before 30/06/2025 24:00 for the first draw and 31/12/2025 24:00 for the second draw.
After the 16-day publication period, the contact details, names, and phone numbers displayed online will be anonymized. Only the bailiff handling the proceedings may be informed, at their discretion, of any requests for useful information.
If a winning participant does not come forward within the allotted time, they will be considered to have forfeited their prize and the prize will remain the property of the Organizer.
By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use their name, surname, and city of residence in any public-promotional event, on the Organizer's website and on any affiliated site or medium, without this use giving rise to any rights and remuneration other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with these rules. If it is found that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prizes will not be awarded. Participants authorize all checks concerning their identity, age, postal address, and the fairness and sincerity of their participation. As such, the Organizer reserves the right to request a copy of the winner's identification before sending or collecting the prize. Any false statement, indication of a false identity, or false address will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and, where applicable, the return of any prizes already sent.
Winners who came forward within the allotted time, within 15 working days of the announcement of the results, will receive an email containing all the necessary information to collect or receive their prize.
Prizes must be collected from one of the addresses in Belgium or France designated by PIERRE & SOL. The major prizes, including the "Dacia Spring Electric Car," must be collected near PIERRE & SOL's headquarters. The winner(s) authorize PIERRE & SOL to use images taken during the prize-giving ceremony.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for prizes being sent to an incorrect address due to the winner's negligence. If prizes cannot be delivered to the recipient for any reason attributable to the organizer (for example, if the winner has moved without updating their address), they will remain the permanent property of the organizer.
Prizes are not interchangeable with any other item or monetary value and are non-refundable, either partially or in full. Participants are advised that the sale or exchange of prizes is strictly prohibited. The value indicated for the prize(s) corresponds to the current retail price including VAT at the time these rules were drafted; it is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any incident/accident that may occur during the use of the prizes. All brand or product names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

Consequently, the organizing company cannot under any circumstances be held liable, including, but not limited to, the following cases:

2. of any malfunction of the Internet network resulting in the proper return/functioning of the competition;
3. failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;
4. loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
5. routing problems;
6. the operation of any software;
7. the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
8. any damage caused to a Participant's computer;
9. any technical, hardware and software failure of any kind, which prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the competition or which damaged a participant's system;
10. of the malfunction of the prizes distributed as part of the game, and of any direct and/or indirect damages that they may cause.
It is specified that the Organizing Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption or malfunction of any kind, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct damage that may result in any way from a connection to the sites developed for this game. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment from any damage. Any person's connection to and participation in the Game is done at their own risk.
The Organizing Company may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, particularly through computer manipulation or in the determination of winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to those who have committed fraud and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts. However, it shall not be held liable in any way to the Participants for any fraud that may have been committed. In particular, the use of one or more fictitious names or names borrowed from one or more third parties will be considered fraud, as each Participant must participate in the competition under their own unique name. Any fraud will result in the Participant's disqualification.
The organizing company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, refuse, or delete any content, including content already uploaded, without providing any justification. The organizer also reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, interrupt, or extend the game, or to modify all or part of the terms and conditions of these rules, while remaining compliant with them. If, due to an event beyond its control, it is forced to exercise this right, it cannot be held liable.
The organizer reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the various games any person whose fraudulent behavior disrupts the proper conduct of the games. Furthermore, sponsoring fictitious individuals will result in the player's immediate disqualification. Similarly, any attempt to use the contest outside of the unmodified interface provided on the website will be considered an attempt at fraud. In addition, decompiling the game, using personal scripts, or any other method intended to circumvent the game's intended use as outlined in these rules will also be considered an attempt at fraud and will result in the player's immediate and irrevocable disqualification.

Please note that to participate in the Game, players must provide certain personal information (name, email address, etc.). This information is recorded and stored in a computer file and is necessary for processing their participation, determining the winners, and awarding and delivering the prizes. This information is intended for the Organizer and may be shared with its technical service providers and a prize delivery service provider.
By participating in the Game, players may also request to be added to the Organizer's email list. The data collected may be used in accordance with applicable law. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), players have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. To exercise these rights, players must send a letter to the Organizer.

These rules are governed by Belgian law. To be considered, any disputes relating to the game must be submitted in writing to the organizer's address AND to the bailiff acting as bailiff no later than ninety (90) days after the closing date for participation in the game, as indicated in these rules. In the event of a persistent disagreement regarding the application or interpretation of these rules, and failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Tournai, Belgium, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
