Mortar full bath All-in-One - Seifert

High quality coloured masonry mortar, for zero & Illuzo bricks, to create a smooth effect without apparent joints.

Properties:

• The exclusive "dust-free" "all-in-one" masonry and Grouting mortar technology allows for better working comfort and an extremely easy implementation.
• Ready to spoil mortar, consisting of hydraulic Binder and calibrated aggregates, intended for the different laying beds for bricks and parpaings.

Application areas:

• New constructions and renovations (bricks, blocks,...).
• Outside and inside.

Instructions for use:

Preparing the media:

• The support must be clean, healthy, dusted. Do not use on frozen media.
• Sandblasting of bricks can reduce the adhesion of the surface.

For porous substrates, or in hot or windy weather, lightly moisten the bricks if necessary.

Product preparation:

• Mix preferably mechanically (or manually) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without lumps: 1 bag of 25 kg with ± 3.5 litres of drinking water in order to obtain the correct consistency.

Product application:

• The product can be applied using a trowel. The time of use of the waste is about 2 hours.

• Approx. 45-50 kg/m² (for 12 mm joints depending on the size of the bricks).
• Precautions for use:
• Operating temperature limits: + 5 °c to + 27 °c.
• Do not use on dripping, frozen or freezing time within 48 hours.
• After finishing, by strong heat or wind, protect the mortar from desiccation by humidification of the surface without unwashing it.
• After finishing, in rainy weather, protect the fresh masonry from an excessive absorption of water by covering it in order to avoid the appearance of efflorescence.
• Do not use for submerged substrates.
• Never mix fresh and old mortar.

• Always prepare a sample for the approval of colors (consider that the preparation of the sample must be done in the same climatic conditions as the future masonry).
• Check the name of the colored masonry and Grouting mortar and check the mortar before processing.

Characteristics:

• Compressive strength at 28 days: > 5 N/mm ²
• Flexural strength at 28 days: > 2 N/mm ²
• Start of socket at 20 °c: 7 hours
• End of outlet at 20 °c: 11 hours

(Tests carried out on 4 x 4 x 16 specimens, stored at 20 °c and 90% humidity)
