SBS Roofing Primer - Quick drying adhesion layer - Aquaplan

A fast-drying bituminous impregnation layer based on SBS rubbers .

This quick-drying primer ensures optimal adhesion and preparation between the different types of support (old bituminous roofing, roofing , wood , concrete and metal , for example) and self-adhesive rolls .

Application :

1. Can be used on different types of substrates such as used roofing, wood, concrete, metal before applying self-adhesive roofing or a flexible renovation coating.
   3 to 10 m²/L depending on the type of support and the nature of the damage
2. Dust and degrease the support.
3. Shake well before use.
   Do NOT dilute.
4. Apply 1 thin coat of SBS ROOF PRIMER with the brush or roller at a rate of approx. 0.2 l/m².
   For surfaces other than bitumen, a lower consumption is applicable; for concrete, it is more.
   For wood, the consumption is 0.1 l/m².
5. Apply after ± 1 hour a 2nd coat for rough and/or absorbent substrates, such as roofing membranes with a slate flake finish.
6. Let the assembly dry until it is still tacky only to the touch.
   This lasts ± 1 hour depending on the thickness of the layer, the type of support and the temperature.
7. Apply Aquaplan Roofing Sticker within 4 hours to prevent dust clogging.
