Antifreeze and anticorrosion for closed circuits , usable in food environments.
Contains propylene glycol and natural organic corrosion inhibitors which guarantee effective protection of the different parts of a closed circuit.

Properties :

• Loop -37 FG is an antifreeze which also has a very strong anti-corrosion action.
• Contains propylene glycol and natural organic corrosion inhibitors which guarantee effective protection of the different parts of a closed circuit.
• Mixes very easily with water.
• Product usable in food environments.
• Effective antifreeze: Loop -37 FG, diluted to 50%, helps protect circuits and prevent water freezing down to - 37°C.
• Minimizes the risk of corrosion: Loop -37 FG protects all the different parts of a circuit often made of metals of different nature (iron, copper, aluminum, various alloys, etc.).
• Neutral pH: Loop -37 FG has a neutral pH. It has no corrosive action on light metals such as aluminum, for example.
• Very simple to use: Simply put the necessary quantity into the circuit to obtain the desired degree of protection.
• Easily measured: The concentration of Loop -37 FG in solution can be determined by measuring the density of this solution.

1. Add the percentage of product relative to the volume of water in the circuit.
2. Recommended dosage depending on the desired protection temperature:

• 0% LOOP -37 FG / Freeze T°. 0°C / Solution density 1000 g/cm³.
• 10% LOOP -37 FG / Freeze T°. -3.2°C / Solution density 1010 g/cm³.
• 20% LOOP -37 FG / Freeze temperature. -7.5°C / Solution density 1020 g/cm³.
• 30% LOOP -37 FG / Freeze temperature. -15°C / Solution density 1029 g/cm³.
• 40% LOOP -37 FG / Freeze temperature. -20°C / Solution density 1038 g/cm³.
• 50% LOOP -37 FG / Freeze T°. -31.7°C / Solution density 1045 g/cm³.
• 60% LOOP -37 FG / Freeze T°. -39.9°C / Solution density 1052 g/cm³.
• 70% LOOP -37 FG / Freeze T°. -48 °C / Solution density 1055 g/cm³.
