PU Foam and Gun Cleaner - Cleaner for internal cleaning of NBS gun - DL Chemicals

Cleaner for internal cleaning of the NBS gun and removal of uncured polyurethane foam or PU glue.

• Cleaner for fresh PU foam or PU glue.

Applications:

• Removal of uncured PU foam or polyurethane glue from the gun and surfaces
• PU foam gun cleaner

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation :
   1. It is advisable to test the product on all surfaces before use.
   2. Shake the spray can vigorously at least 20 times.
2. Laid :
   1. Removing fresh PU foam or PU glue: Place the spray nozzle on the valve of the PU Foam & Gun Cleaner. Hold the cleaner in the correct orientation and press the spray nozzle. Remove the nozzle after use.
   2. Cleaning the gun: Aim the can of foam from the adapter with the gun upside down. Remove any fresh foam residue from the nozzle and adapter with the cleaner. Then screw the cleaner onto the adapter while holding the gun upside down.
   3. Pull the trigger to fill the gun with fluid. Spray until all foam residue is removed. Let the fluid sit for a few minutes. Pull the trigger again until all remaining residue disappears.
   4. Finally, unscrew the Foam & Gun Cleaner from the gun. Pull the trigger until the gun is completely empty. The gun is now clean and can be used or stored for a longer period of time.
