GBR is a new generation dewatering product formulated with plant-based ingredients.
It is very effective in eliminating bitumen residues even when cold and also eliminates traces of sludge, grease , oils , heavy fuel oil, glues, polymer, etc.

GBR is less aggressive than other products on the market based on citric, hydrochloric and phosphoric acid which makes it possible to reinforce safety during its use, it has been designed to meet the different requirements of applicators in terms of efficiency , safety, implementation and impact on nature.

Use

• Ideal for the maintenance of construction equipment: asphalt machines, pavers, spreaders and all other construction equipment.

Implementation

1. It is essential to carry out preliminary tests and to wear personal protective equipment.
2. Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute or mix with other products.

Spray application

1. Apply a first coat using a pressure base sprayer.
2. Leave to act for approximately 15 minutes.
3. Apply a 2nd coat.
4. Leave to act for another 15 min.
5. Do not let the product dry before rinsing.
6. Rinse the entire surface using a high pressure cleaner.

Dip application

1. Leave the parts or tools to soak for 10 to 60 minutes in the bath.
2. Rinse using a high pressure cleaner.

Application tools

Apply with a low pressure sprayer or by dipping.

Consumption

8 to 10 m²/L.

Conditioning

25 L and 200 L.
