GTN is a curative and preventive product.
It helps protect and clean equipment against concrete deposits.

Applied at the end of the day on installations encrusted with concrete , it acts at night, thus reducing deposits.
GTN, through its protective properties, prevents equipment from becoming clogged with concrete, and facilitates maintenance.

Use

• Ideal for the protection and maintenance of construction equipment: mixers, molds, etc.

Implementation

1. It is essential to carry out preliminary tests.
2. Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute or mix with other products.
3. In some cases, too much product can cause air to enter the concrete.
4. Apply the product evenly.

Curative

1. Spray the product at the end of the day. The oil must cover the concrete to be removed.
2. Action time: 12 hours minimum.
3. Rinse the treated surface with a high pressure cleaner preferably or with a water jet.
4. Remove any oil before reapplying.
5. Repeat the operation until the concrete has completely disappeared.

Preventive

1. Spray the product daily at the end of the day to prevent the concrete from sticking and thus keep the mixer clean and in good condition.
2. It is also possible to apply the product during the day.

Application tools

Apply with a low pressure sprayer.

Consumption

30 to 40 m2 / liter.

Conditioning

25 L and 200 L.
