Soudafix P300-SF is a 2-component Polyester anchor sealing resin. Ideal for stress-free fixing of threaded rods in solid (ETA: M8-M24) and hollow (ETA: M8-M16) substrates such as uncracked concrete, solid brick, hollow brick, aerated concrete, natural stone, cardboard walls -plaster. Use with a standard pistol.

Manual :

• Drill the hole according to the specifications (depth, diameter).
• Clean the hole with a bottle brush and then blow.
• Screw the mixing tip onto the cartridge.
• Extrude the first 10 cm on cardboard, until the mixture is homogeneous (homogeneous dark gray color).
• Concrete or solid brick: fill the bottom borehole by slowly withdrawing the static mixer.
• Hollow brick: introduce the sieve and fill from the bottom, slowly withdrawing the static mixer, so that the product is pressed through the holes of the sieve.
• Introduce the anchor with a left-right rotational movement.
• Check if the borehole is well filled. Respect the open time and the hardening time.
• Do not move the anchor during the hardening time, let the superfluous product harden.
• Easily removed after hardening with hammer and chisel.
• Fix the object.

• 280ml cartridge
