Ideal for the food industry and especially for bottling conveyors . On the steel surfaces of the belts and on synthetic materials it forms a lubricating film which facilitates the advancement and sliding of the bottles .
Acts actively in all circumstances: Even in hard water and at high conveyor speeds.

Properties :

• Forms a lubricating film on the surfaces of steel and synthetic material belts which facilitates the sliding of glass bottles.
• The lubricating action of Zeplube WB reduces wear on plastic bands and guides, thus increasing their lifespan.
• Effective even with hard water and high belt speed conditions.
• The surfactants contained in the product keep the installation constantly clean.

Applications:

Used in the mineral water and beverage industry, in oenology and in breweries for the lubrication of steel conveyor belts of bottles and cans with automatic, drip and tray dosing systems.
Also used for transport chains for milk cans and gas bottles.

Manual :

1. Do not under-dose the product.
2. Underdosing may result in the deposition of precipitates which may clog distribution systems.
3. Avoid packaging shocks.
4. Protect from frost.
5. Store at a temperature between +5°C and +40°C and away from heat sources.
6. Keep containers tightly closed.
