Soft polyester putty quality, easier to sand.
Flexible polyester putty, with gentler sanding, for repairing dents or crevices in metal, wood or polyester.

Applications:

• Filling of crevices, cracks and hollows in metal sheets, even zinc-plated and galvanized ones.
• Repairing scratches, tears and dents on cars.

• Filling cracks in the wood.

Instructions for use:

1. Apply a small amount of paste to a flat surface and mix it with 2 to 3% hardener.
2. Mix thoroughly until the hardener strands are no longer visible.
3. Do not mix more product than you can use within ± 5 min.
4. Apply the mixture quickly and smoothly using a spatula (in several layers if necessary), until the top surface slightly overhangs the adjacent part.
5. After hardening, it is possible to continue the surface treatment (sanding, painting, etc.).
6. Cleaning product: Acetone
7. Repair: With the same product.

1. On what materials can I apply this coating?
   On metal, rigid bodywork plastics (ABS, hard PVC, etc.), polyester, fiberglass and well-prepared non-absorbent substrates.
2. Can it be used on bumpers made of flexible plastic?
   No, it's only for rigid plastics. For flexible plastics, you need a specific compatible sealant.
3. How long should you wait before sanding?
   Generally 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature and the amount of hardener.
4. Should a primer be applied before painting?
   Yes, a suitable undercoat is recommended after sanding to optimize paint adhesion.
5. Is it weather-resistant?
   Yes, once painted and protected, the coating is very resistant to weathering, UV rays, vibrations, and car impacts.
6. What is the shelf life of the product?
   Generally 12 to 24 months in its original packaging, stored in a dry and temperate place.
7. Can multiple layers be applied?
   Yes, it is possible to apply successive coats, allowing each coat to dry and then lightly sanding between each application.
