Metal Plastic Standard - Polyester coating for body repair - Soudal

Classic polyester quality, meeting the majority of bodywork needs. The product is suitable for repairing damaged surfaces (with scratches, dents or crevices) in metal, wood or polyester.

Features :

• Bicomponent.
• Very malleable.
• Very fast hardening.
• Can quickly be reworked (sharpening, sanding, etc.).
• Long-lasting adhesion.

Applications:

• Filling crevices, cracks and hollows in metal plates, even zinc-plated and galvanized.
• Repair scratches, tears and dents on cars.
• Repairs to metal, polyester and wood surfaces.
• Filling cracks in the wood.

Manual :

• Apply a small amount of paste to a flat surface and mix it with 2-3% hardener.
• Mix thoroughly until beads of hardener are no longer visible.
• Do not mix more product than you can use within ± 5 min.
• Apply the mixture quickly, in a smooth manner, using a spatula (if necessary in several layers), until the upper side protrudes slightly from the adjacent part.
• After hardening, it is possible to continue the treatment of the surface (sanding, painting, etc.).
• Cleaning product: Acetone
• Repair: With the same product.

Conditioning :

• Jar of 250g / 1 kg / 2 kg / 3 kg.
