Modeling plaster - Blicq LINE ECO

Modeling plaster is a very finely ground beta semi-hydrated plaster for all small repairs , modeling or creative hobbies .

This product is intended for indoor use.

Features :

• Dry density: 1020g/l.
• Smoothing consumption: +/- 1 kg/m2/mm of thickness.
• Particle size: very fine.
• White colour.
• Setting time: +/- 20 minutes.
• Curing time: 30 to 40 minutes depending on atmospheric conditions.
• Dosage: about 0.83 liters of water for one kilo of plaster.

Information:

1. The temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C.
2. To avoid drying too quickly or if the work is exposed to direct sunlight, cover the surface with the mortar.
3. Clean tools with water after use.

Implementation :

Preparation of supports:

• The support must be clean, dust free, degreased.
• If it is absorbent or dry, moisten it first.
• Do not apply on plaster-based substrates.

Mixing and preparation:

• Sprinkle the plaster in the water. Let stand 1 minute.
• Preferably mix with a mechanical mixer at low speed (+/-400 rpm) until a homogeneous paste is obtained for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Pour the plaster or place it within 5-10 minutes. Fill the cavities well before inserting a part to be sealed.
• Application time: 5 to 10 minutes.
• Unmold after 45-50 minutes.
• Do not tensile for 24 hours.
• Wait for complete drying before applying a smoothing coating or paint.

Conservation :

6 months in the original bag, tightly closed, stored dry and away from humidity. Protect the plaster from frost and rain.
