Afin MMA adhesive - 6 min adhesive - Akemi

2-component 6-minute methacrylate glue .

Features :

• 5 - 7 minutes processing time
• 10 - 12 minutes set time
• Bonds most metals without primer
• Bonds many types of plastic

• Excellent chemical resistance
• Excellent resistance to environmental influences

Use :

1. The support must be derusted, well cleaned, degreased and dry.
2. Roughen the parts to be bonded with a coarse grain size (P80 to P180) and wipe clean.
3. Insert MMA Adhesive into a 50ml 1:1 2K gun.
4. Extract components A + B in the same way.
5. Screw on the static mixer.
6. For best quality, squeeze and discard the first 20mm.
7. Apply MMA Adhesive to one of the supports and join the pieces by pressing lightly.
