Soudatight LQ - Air and vapour tight membrane EC 1 PLUS - Soudal

Soudatight LQ is a brushable water-based polymer paste, enriched with fibres which forms, after drying, a seamless, elastic, airtight and vapour-retardant membrane. The product is very easy to apply using a flat brush. Fills cracks up to 5 mm thanks to the fibres and changes colour once dry.
EC 1 PLUS label: very low VOC emissions .

Features :

• Airtight Vapor barrier.
• Easily seals cracks up to 2 millimeters deep thanks to its fiber structure.
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization and very durable. Forms a seamless membrane.
• Good adhesion to porous surfaces.
• Good adhesion on slightly damp surfaces.
• Good adhesion on slightly dusty surfaces.
• Can be painted, plastered or glued after drying.
• EC 1 PLUS label: very low VOC emissions .

Applications:

• For airtightness and vapor barrier of cracks, fissures, ruptures, wall-floor joints, wall-ceiling joints, wall-wall joints, and window connections.

Instructions for use:

• First allow Soudatight LQ to reach room temperature before use.
• Shake well before use. Use of masking tape is recommended.
• However, this will need to be removed shortly after applying Soudatight LQ, before it hardens.
• If connecting to the wall, ensure that the air sealing paste forms a seamless membrane of ±15 cm on both surfaces.
• Soudatight LQ can be removed from materials and tools with water before curing.
