CK 18 - Cleaner degreaser - Zep Industries

Degreaser cleaner , safety scrubber can be diluted with fresh water or sea water.
Very high degreasing power of fats and oils.
The solution remains stable.

Properties :

• Can be used in food environments.
• No attack on plastics, chrome, aluminum, galvanized metals under prescribed conditions of use.
• More than 90% biologically degradable surfactants.

Applications:

Clearing of closed circuit pipes.
Removes rust and algae from garage floors, washing areas, port facilities and boats.
Degreases truck covers and boiler skirts.

Dissolves thin layers of limescale.
Cleaning air filters on construction equipment and trucks.
Cleaning of cement floors before painting.

Manual :

1. In all cases, dilute 1 volume of CK 18 for 8 to 10 volumes of water.
2. Spray the solution using a sprayer onto the surface to be stripped.
3. Leave to act for around twenty minutes.
4. Brush lightly to activate penetration, rinse with pressurized water.
5. For better rinsing, use a presser.
6. To remove mud, inject 3 to 5% of CK 18 into the circuit in relation to the water circuit, circulate 4 to 6 cycles depending on the degree of dirt, rinse with clear water until a pH of 7.
