Composite safety cover D400 Hermelock

Hermelock eyes consist of a lid of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane in a framework of fiberglass also reinforced polypropylene.

Place of installation:

Group 4, class D400 (EN124). Particularly intended for the traffic lanes of roads (including pedestrian streets), stabilized shoulders and parking areas for all types of road vehicles.

Use of the cover:

Opening the cover

1. Unlock the 4 latches with an 8 mm or the KE2 key allen key by turning the screw in the opposite direction clockwise until you find a resistance and a blocking.
2. Remove the cover using the key to lifting type KE2 KE3 or KE4.

Closing the lid:

1. Place the cover in the framework by ensuring that the gorges of the frame are clean and that the locks are properly turned in open position (opposite of the clockwise).
2. Using an 8 mm or the KE2 key allen key, turn the screw in the direction of clockwise until resistance. Lock a then get its stop and must be slightly tight.
3. The operation is successful and the lid is then locked.
