Composite safety cover B125 Hermelock

Hermelock eyes consist of a lid of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane in a framework of fiberglass also reinforced polypropylene.

Use of the cover:

Opening the cover

1. Unlock the 2 bolts using a 6 mm or the KE1 key allen key by turning the screw in the opposite direction clockwise until you find a resistance and a blocking.
2. Remove the cover using the key to lifting type KE1.

Closing the lid:

1. Place the cover in the framework by ensuring that the gorges of the frame are clean and that the locks are properly turned in open position (opposite of the clockwise).
2. Using a 6 mm or the KE1 key allen key, turn the screw in the direction of clockwise until resistance. Lock a then get its stop and must be slightly tight.
3. The operation is successful and the lid is then locked.
