Soudaclear Façade S is a solution of silanes and siloxanes in an organic solvent. After being applied to the substrate, the product reacts with moisture in the atmosphere and with moisture in the pores, releasing alcohol and generating the active component that makes the surface hydrophobic.

Applications:

Soudaclear Façade S is a ready-to-use colourless fluid based on a mixture of siloxanes and silanes, specially formulated for the hydrophobic treatment of exterior walls. The fluid easily penetrates mineral and porous building materials such as brick or concrete block masonry, mineral coatings, cellular concrete, etc. The product reacts chemically with the moisture present in the substrate and forms, after physical drying, a hydrophobic protection resistant to UV and weather without altering the permeability to steam. Soudaclear Façade S decreases the absorption of water and harmful substances, which are dissolved in it.

Conditioning:

• Metal cans of 5 l and plastic cans of 25 l.
