Soudafoam PURe - Sprayable PU foam - Soudal

Single-component, self-expanding , halogen-free polyurethane foam .

Soudafoam PURe contains less than 0.1% free diisocyanate monomers .

Manual :

Ensure that there is always sufficient fresh air when using indoors. Protect adjacent surfaces in the work area from contamination before starting work. Secure window sills or door frames sufficiently.

Screw the foam aerosol onto the gun tightly and shake the aerosol with the gun approximately 30 times to ensure that the contents of the aerosol mix well and the foam quality is optimal. Adjust the diameter of the foam bead using the gun's adjustment screw, then foam the foam evenly using the trigger.

(If, instead of using the gun, you use the supplied adapter, screw the adapter into the valve and push it to the side. In case of longer interruptions, the stirring process is repeated.

Foam joints or hollow spaces should only be filled about 2/3 full, as the foam expands more.

Fill the cavities with foam from bottom to top.

Fill thicker cavities in several layers with a maximum thickness of 40 mm. Moisten and wait about 5 minutes before moving on to the next layer.

Immediately unscrew the empty foam cans from the gun, replace them with new ones, shake and foam a little.

Close the adjustment screw. Otherwise, the foam may harden in the gun.

Cut the completely hardened foam using a knife.

1. Insulation of window and door frames.
2. Filling of cavities.
3. Installation and repair of ridge tiles.
4. Waterproofing of horizontal and vertical wall and roof connections.
5. All foam applications in static or non-static joints.
6. Insulation of refrigerators and refrigerators.
7. Filling cavities and joints in external thermal insulation systems (ETICS).
8. Filling different cavities in equipment and metal construction, as well as in electrical installation.
9. Filling cavities, e.g. for wall penetrations, pipe penetrations, roller shutter boxes, etc.
