The SikaForce-422 L105 is the basic component of a two-component cream beige polyurethane adhesive with high viscosity.
It is used in combination with SikaForce-7010.

Application areas

• Assembly of profiles and sandwich panels of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, for example, as well as wood, metal, ceramics and pre-treated plastics.
• This product is intended exclusively for experienced professional users.
  Always carry out preliminary tests on common substrates and under local conditions, in order to ensure the compatibility of the adhesive with the product.

Application

1. The volume and positioning of the adhesive must be defined in such a way that the space provided is sufficiently filled after the assembly of the parts.
2. The specific amount and position applied should be determined by testing.
3. The procedure for manual application is as follows:
   Ensure component A is well agitated to avoid sediment or separation, taking care not to stir too vigorously as this may introduce air into the product.
4. Add component B in the specified ratio and mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
5. Apply before reaching half of pot life and assemble parts during open time.
6. Consider that, if mixed in larger quantities, the exothermic reaction can significantly reduce pot life and open time.
