Soudabond Turbo Gun - Ultra-fast setting PU adhesive foam - Soudal

Soudabond Turbo Gun is a ready-to-use, single-component polyurethane foam adhesive, specially formulated for the durable and rapid bonding of construction materials.

Thanks to its curing up to 3 times faster than a standard adhesive foam, it saves up to 30% of working time while ensuring a clean, precise and economical application.

Main technical characteristics:

• Base : Polyurethane
• Consistency : Stable foam with limited consistency
• Hardening : By air humidity
• Temperature resistance : - 40 °C to + 90 °C
• Coverage : Up to 14 m² per aerosol

Applications:

Bonding of insulating panels (PUR, PIR, XPS, EPS, phenolic, etc.) on:

• Flat roofs (small buildings, garages, terraces)
• Facades, perimeters, cellar ceilings
• Interior linings and non-load-bearing walls

Bonding of plasterboard , OSB panels, wood, fiber-plaster

Fixing light decorative elements (rosettes, moldings, baseboards)

Construction of lightweight partitions and non-load-bearing interior walls

Filling of cracks, cavities and joints

Compatible media:

• Concrete, brick, masonry, natural stone
• Wood, plaster, fiber cement
• Rigid foam (PS, PUR, PIR, phenolic)
• Hard PVC, protected steel sheets
• Bituminous coatings, gypsum panels

⚠️ Do not use on PE, PP, PTFE or silicone.

Instructions for use:

1. Shake the aerosol can vigorously upside down.
2. Screw onto the appropriate gun and adjust the flow rate with the adjustment screw.
3. Apply the foam 1-2 cm from the support in 30 mm beads.
4. Assemble the elements within 3 minutes of application.
5. Allow to harden for 20 to 30 minutes before full handling.
6. Clean immediately with Soudal Gun & Foamcleaner before curing.
