Mega expanding foam genius - Sprayable PU foam - Soudal

Soudal Mega foam based on polyurethane (PU) is an extremely universal foam, which is particularly suitable for the fast and solid assembly of window frames and door frames.
The latter are not likely to come apart, since the Mega foam does not swell further during hardening.
In addition, it is ideal as an insulating foam for all kinds of openings and holes thanks to 66% more efficiency than ordinary PU foam.

Applications:

• Assembly and fixing of window frames and door frames.
• Bonding of insulating panels.
• Also ideal for bonding (eg fixing insulation boards to walls, ceilings or floors, bonding aerated concrete).

Manual :

1. Always wear safety glasses and gloves.
2. The support must be clean and degreased.
3. Ensure good ventilation and keep away from sources of ignition.
4. Moistening the substrate promotes adhesion and accelerates hardening.
5. Fill the joint only about 70%.
   For large cavities, apply in several coats and moisten between them.
6. In case of dirt, immediately remove the foam using Soudal Cleaner for PU foam.
7. Remove hardened foam mechanically or using Soudal PU Foam Remover.
8. Lamination after 10 min, can be cut after 30 min, can be stressed after 6 hours.
