This gun-type PU foam allows for more precise professional dosing.

Instructions for use:

1. Shake the aerosol can well for 30 seconds.
2. Thanks to the unique (patented) Click & Fix fixing system, you simply need to turn the can a quarter turn on the gun.
3. Adjust the flow rate of the gun (with the screw at the back), then pull the trigger.
4. Only partially fill any gaps, as the foam will continue to expand.
5. Shake the can regularly during use.
6. If applying multiple coats, dampen the surface between each coat.
7. Traces of foam that are not yet dry can be cleaned with Soudal Click & Clean.
8. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically, with Soudal PU-remover.
9. The aerosol can be stored for later use; to do this, leave the gun on.
10. When not continuing after emptying an aerosol can, thoroughly clean the inside of the gun with Soudal Click & Clean.
11. Properly moistening the substrate accelerates drying and improves the cellular structure of the foam.
12. Processing temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
    Preferably store upright.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can Soudafoam C&F replace a conventional tile adhesive?
   Yes, in some cases of light bonding (insulation, panels), it can replace a mortar adhesive, but not for structural elements.
2. Can the foam be applied to damp surfaces?
   A slightly damp surface is ideal, but not soaking wet. Water improves the polymerization of PU.
3. Is the foam UV resistant?
   No, like all PU foams, it must be covered (paint, coating, plaster…).
4. What is the difference between a sprayable foam and a manual foam?
   The gun version allows for precise dosing, continuous application, better cleanliness, and less waste.
5. Can Soudafoam C&F be used outdoors?
   Yes, it is suitable for outdoor applications, but must be protected once cured.
6. How long after application can the glued elements be handled?
   Generally 30 to 60 minutes is enough for maintenance, but for maximum resistance, wait 24 hours.
7. Does the foam adhere to PVC and aluminum?
   Yes, the adhesion is very good on these materials.
8. What is the consumption per aerosol?
   Depending on the thickness applied, when gluing, one aerosol can cover approximately 8–12 m²; when filling, this depends on the volume, significant expansion.
