Soudafoam comfort Genius Gun is a one-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam. Equipped with the Genius Gun, integrated gun allowing precise dosing, ease of use and re-use for up to 6 weeks.

Applications:

• All foam applications in static or non-static joints.
• Filling of cavities
• Applying a Silent Layer
• Optimization of insulation in the field of refrigeration.

Manual :

• Slightly moisten the clean and degreased support, for a faster hardening of the foam.
• Shake the aerosol for at least 30 seconds, or shake the aerosol vigorously at least 20 times.
• Open the valve and unfold the mouthpiece.
• Only partially fill the voids (approx. 1/3), as the foam continues to swell. Shake the aerosol regularly during use.
• In case of application of several coats, moisten the support between each coat.
• Uncured foam can be removed using Soudal Foamcleaner or acetone.
• For storage: Detach the cap, close the tip using the cap, fold the tip and store the aerosol in an upright position.

Conditioning :

• 600ml cartridge
