Soudafoam Comfort Genius Gun is a single-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam. Equipped with the Genius Gun, an integrated applicator allowing for precise dosing, ease of use, and reuse for up to 6 weeks.

Instructions for use:

• Lightly dampen the clean and grease-free surface for faster hardening of the foam.
• Shake the aerosol can for at least 30 seconds, or shake the aerosol can vigorously at least 20 times.
• Open the flap and unfold the nozzle.
• Only partially fill the empty spaces (approx. 1/3), as the foam continues to expand. Shake the aerosol can regularly during use.
• If applying multiple coats, dampen the surface between each coat.
• Uncured foam can be removed using Soudal Foamcleaner or acetone.
• For storage: Detach the cap, close the nozzle using the cap, fold down the nozzle and store the aerosol in an upright position.

1. Can the foam be reused later?
   Yes, the Genius Gun system allows you to reseal the can airtight. You can reuse it several weeks after the first application.
2. Do I need a gun to apply the foam?
   No, the Genius Gun system replaces the traditional pistol and offers comparable accuracy, without the need for additional tool purchases.
3. What materials does the foam adhere to?
   It adheres to concrete, wood, stone, brick, plaster, metal, PVC, aluminum, etc. Not suitable for PE, PP or PTFE surfaces.
4. Can you paint the foam once it's dry?
   Yes, once hardened and reshaped, it is perfectly combable.
5. At what temperature can I use this foam?
   Ideally between +5°C and +30°C. Below this temperature, the yield decreases.
6. Is the foam resistant to moisture?
   Yes, once polymerized, it is resistant to moisture, heat and cold.
7. What is the curing time?
   Skin formation, 8 to 10 minutes. Complete curing, 24 to 48 hours depending on air humidity and temperature.
8. Can it be used for insulation around windows?
   Yes, that is one of its main applications: insulation and caulking of door and window frames.
9. Does the foam expand a lot?
   Expansion is moderate and controlled, but it is advisable not to fill a cavity to more than 50%.
10. How do you clean fresh foam?
    Use a PU cleaner or acetone before drying. Once dry, only a mechanical solution will work (cutter, sanding, etc.).
