Paracol PU D4 Rapid - Polyurethane construction adhesive - DL Chemicals

Very fast-hardening , pasty polyurethane construction adhesive : hand-resistant after 10 minutes. Water-resistant (D4 EN 204) and transparent with expansion-filling properties. Super strong.

Applications:

• Sheltered or painted glue joint.
• Outdoor and indoor use.
• Bonding of dry and wet wood (max. 30%), rubber, polystyrene foam, PU foam, concrete, glass wool, cellular concrete, brick, metals, Formica and all porous materials

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation :
   • The user must ensure that the product used is suitable for their use. If necessary, contact our technical department.
   • Surfaces must be free of dust and grease, degrease if necessary. A dry substrate is not necessary. Damp substrates cause the adhesive to react more quickly and cause it to expand more.
   • One of the substrates must be porous and contain moisture.
2. Laid :
   • After gluing, assemble the materials within 5 minutes.
   • We recommend tightening lightly. This promotes final strength.
   • Caution: Avoid moving the bonded substrates during the first 2 hours.
3. Cleaning:
   • Excess, uncured product that comes out of the joint can be removed using acetone.
