Applications:

Klear A is used on refrigeration equipment, refrigerator bins, freezers, doors and curtains in cold storage areas such as cold rooms.
Also used in windshield washers of cars, trucks, construction equipment, buses, snow groomers, snowplows, etc...

Instructions for use:

Antifreeze protection:

1. 1 volume to 5 volumes of water: - 5°C.
2. 1 part to 3 parts water: -9°C.
3. 1 part to 2 parts water: -16°C.
4. 1 volume to 1 volume of water: -22°C.

Cleaning:

1. When the temperature is above 4°C, dilute 1 volume of Klear A with 5 volumes of water.
2. Do not use it in a higher concentration as it may leave traces.

Packaging:

1 Liter / 20 Liters.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can it be used directly on food products?
   No, even though the product is formulated for use in the food industry, it must not come into direct contact with food. In case of accidental contact, rinse the area with potable water.
2. Is it safe for use on the metal surfaces of cold storage rooms?
   Yes, Klear A is non-corrosive and can be used on aluminium, stainless steel and painted surfaces without risk of damage.
3. Is the action immediate?
   Yes, the formula is designed to work very quickly. The frost starts to melt within seconds of application.
4. Can it be used for prevention?
   Yes, a light preventative spraying limits the formation of frost on sensitive areas (joints, doors, steps).
5. What is the minimum effective temperature?
   Depending on the version, Klear A remains effective even in very low conditions, down to approximately -30°C.
6. Does the product leave a film or residue?
   Klear A evaporates without leaving a greasy film. However, in areas where food contact is possible, rinsing is still recommended.
7. Is it compatible with non-slip floors?
   Yes, it is suitable for the majority of surfaces used in refrigerated environments, including non-slip surfaces.
