Waterproofing agent for 100% synthetic fabrics 300 ml - HG

This polyester waterproofing agent has been specially designed to make polyamide, polyester, nylon and other 100% synthetic textiles water and dirt repellent .

This product is therefore ideal for waterproofing a polyester tent , making ski and rainwear waterproof and dirt-proof or even waterproofing a polyester coat .

Manual :

For hand washing:

1. The garment to be treated must be clean and dry.
2. Fill a bucket, basin or sink with about 6 liters of lukewarm water.
3. Dose 100 ml of product per kilo of laundry.
4. Mix the entire contents of the vial.
5. Then add the garment to the solution and soak it for 15 minutes, turning it regularly.
6. Rinse with cold water.
7. The effect of this product is enhanced by heat. It is therefore recommended to iron the garment preferably before it is completely dry or to dry it in the dryer.
8. However, check in the textile washing instructions if this is allowed. Alternatively, dry the garment on a clothesline.

For machine washing:

1. The garment to be treated must be clean and dry.
2. The washing machine container must be completely free of detergent. Start by cleaning it if necessary. In fact, washing products reduce the effect of HG waterproofing for 100% synthetic textiles.
3. Make sure that the machine is not completely full, the laundry must be able to move freely in the machine.
4. Select the program for colored laundry (without prewash) or the wool or delicate program if the washing instructions recommend it (without prewash). Do not add detergent or fabric softener. The temperature depends on the washing instructions of the textile, but it should not exceed 40°C.
5. Start the washing machine and, after about 15 seconds, add 100 ml of product per kilo of laundry to the water via the detergent drawer (do not pour the product into a measuring ball).
6. Let the program run its course to completion. The effect of this product is enhanced by heat. It is therefore recommended to iron the garment preferably before it is completely dry or to dry it in the dryer. However, check in the textile washing instructions if this is allowed. Alternatively, dry the garment on a clothesline.
