Reversible ANTIGRAFFITI
Protection Hydro-repellent soils for slightly porous support.

Description:

• The most TECHNIGUARD is liquid, ready to use and intended to treatments anti-graffiti - oil - repellent of various media (Interior and exterior) little porous, vertical and horizontal construction: concrete, masonry, coated, stones, tiles floors, limestone, marble, granite, sandstone, Slate, stone reconstructed, terracotta, stones architectural concrete, precast slabs, pavers pavers,...;
• The TECHNIGUARD + is a reversible system, it does not change the appearance of support, it does form a film, and breathable material.
• The TECHNIGUARD + is a hydro-repellent of phase aqueous, colourless surface, consisting of a fluorinated acrylic co-polymer, (to promote the penetration of the product in the bracket), reinforced by a cross-linking resin - copolymers.

Applications-Properties of the treated materials:

• Protection grease, anti-oil;

Properties:

• Reversible system, not film-forming;
• Does not change the appearance of the support;
• Breathable material - permeable to water vapour;
• Free from solvent, odourless, non-toxic and non-flammable;
• Excellent aging, not yellowing;
• Can be applied on media wet and fresh seals (3 to 4 days);
• Sustainable treatment at the time;
• Reduces the formation of micro-organism(mosses, lichens,...).

Implementation and precautions:
Implementation:

• The media must be healthy, clean, dusted and fat;
• Disinfect the bracket, eliminate mosses, algae and lichens using a fungicide type TECHNICIDE + (permission 1904 B No.);
• Clean up the frayed joints, sealing the cracks;
• Application to saturation, by brush, roller or spray (TECHNISPRAY 10) one to two successive layers (the second layer is sprayed onto the first wet coat);
• Consumption: between 200 and 1000 ml/m² in total, depending on the porosity of the media;
• Determination of consumption and the efficiency of the treatment by the method with pipe glass;
• The media treated the TECHNIGUARD + can be exposed to rain after +/-2 hours.

Cleaning:
Persistent graffiti are removed using hot water (> 80 ° C) followed by a possible TECHNICLEAN GEL cleaning pressure.

Regeneration after cleaning:
Application by brush, roller or spray with a new layer of protection.

Notes and precautions:

• We strongly recommend after application of various layers and before drying of the product, to remove excess surface with a cloth or rollermoistened with water.
• The temperature of the medium can never be less than 5 ° C;
• In all cases, the chassis and the glass must be protected, accidental stains should be cleaned immediately;
• Pre-test situ always advised;
• In the case of presence of salts in surface (saltpeter), we recommend to neutralize these salts (to the TECHNIROC) before the implementation of TECHNIGUARD +.
