Aquastop Liquid - For simple sealing surfaces - Tec7

A liquid and autonivelant MS polymer forming after hardening a membrane without joints, with a 300% elasticity with good grip on most building materials for waterproofing, repairs and renovations of Roofs.

• Resists UV, intepers and chemicals.
• Ecological and almost odourless so ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.
• Easy to use.
• Fast hardening (2 mm: 24 hours at 23oC and 50% H.R.).
• Waterproof right away.
• Polymerization in contact with the humidity of the air.
• Contains no bitumen or rubbers.
• Free of isocyanates, solvents and plasticizers (phthalates).
• Does not contain C.O.V. (volatile organic compounds).

Areas of application:

• For horizontal waterproofing (bathroom floors, showers, laundry rooms,...)
• For repair ings and metal or plastic pipes.
• For the collage of floorcoverings such as tiles, cork, laminate, carpets, insulation plates, hard foams, PIR, PUR,...
• For the renovation and protection of wooden buildings such as verandas, terraces, garden panels,...
• For the repair of lead and zinc corrosion.
• For the renovation of roofs: on bitumen, tiles, slates, PVC, zinc,...
• For the protection of garden wood underground.

• Color: black.
• Density: 1.45 kg/dm3.
• Viscosity: thick liquid.
• Hardness - DIN 53505: after 3 weeks at 23oC and 50% R.V.: 35 Shore A.
• Shrinkage - DIN IN ISO 10563: 4.0%.
• Traction resistance: 10 kg/cm2.
• Breakage-point elongation: 300%.
• Meets ETAG Nr. 005.
• Module under elasticity 100% at 23oC - DIN 53504 S2: 0.6 N/mm2.
• Application temperature: from 5 degrees Celsius to 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Thermal stability (hardened): from -40 degrees Celsius to 90 degrees Celsius.
• Working time at 23oC and 50% R.V.: maximum 30 min.
• Hardening in 24 hours: 2.5 mm (at 23oC, 50% RV) 100% chemical stability after 7 days (at 23oC and 50% RV).
• Chemical resistance:
  • good: water, aliphatic solvents, oils, fats, diluted organic acids and diluted alkalis;
  • average: esters, ketones and herbs;
  • concentrate acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
• Weather resistance: perfect.
• Water vapour permeability (DIN IN ISO 12572): 3.3.
• Preservation: 12 months in the original closed packaging, cool, dry and frost-free.
