AZYMA 60 is a liquid biological activator based on enzymes and probiotics, recommended for the treatment of grease traps and oily water in wastewater treatment plants . It effectively breaks down all organic residues.

Properties :

Instructions for use:

Grease trap:

1. Temperature: 15 - 55 °C (does not affect efficiency).
2. Manual dosing: Dilute the product in water and inject as far upstream as possible via the outlet of the dishwasher or a sink in the washbasin at the same time as the last water.
3. Automatic dosing with peristaltic pump.
4. Dosage: 100 ml for 300 meals and 25 ml / 100 additional meals.
5. Time: At the end of service.

Wastewater treatment plant:

1. Temperature: 15 - 55 °C (does not affect efficiency)
2. Manual dosing: Inject the product into the main pipeline or into agitated buffer tanks.
3. Automatic dosing with peristaltic pump.
4. Dosage: 1 litre per 100 kg of organic load (based on COD/day).
5. The product must act 2 hours before the effluent reaches the biological basin.
